Our Legendary Dry Aged Steaks are hand-selected by our Master Dry Agers. The process begins with the Finest Premium Choice Loins, hung in climate and humidity-controlled rooms where the beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days – an art that requires extensive training and knowledge. During the dry-ageing process the juices are absorbed into the meat, enhancing the flavour and tenderising the steak. The result of dry-ageing is a steak which is bolder and tenderer, delivering a buttery succulence found only in our legendary dry-aged steaks.
